Lvyuan customized Micron High Flow Filter Cartridge
The High Flow series filter cartridges are designed for high flow rate filtration in demanding industrial applications. With optimized pleat geometry and robust construction, these filters provide up to 3 times the flow capacity of standard cartridges for maximum throughput.
Constructed with multiple layers of finely pleated polypropylene media, the high flow cartridges feature increased surface area and depth loading capacity to handle heavy contaminant loads. The proprietary media formulation allows high flow with low pressure drop.
The polypropylene center core provides strength and stability while the integrated gaskets effectively seal the cartridge within the housing. The one-piece polypropylene end caps eliminate potential leak points.
With high dirt holding capacity and efficiency up to 99.9% at rated micron, High Flow filter cartridges maintain process flow rates longer between change outs. Their wide chemical compatibility allows use across many applications.
High Flow cartridges are available with various micron ratings from 1 to 800 microns. Their large 2.5 inch diameter footprint combined with high flow design make these an ideal solution for high velocity fluids and large volume process streams.
