UHMW-PE Porous Pipette Tip Filter Plugs for Laboratory Use

Lvyuan pipette tip filters are manufactured from sintered UHMW-PE to form rigid cylindrical porous plugs with an interconnected pore structure. Installed inside pipette tips, the hydrophobic polyethylene filter acts as a barrier between the sample and pipette body, helping reduce aerosol and liquid transfer during laboratory liquid handling. Porous polyethylene is commonly used for this function because of its chemical resistance, low weight and controllable permeability.

The filters can be produced in different diameters, thicknesses and shapes to suit pipette-tip manufacturing requirements and other laboratory consumable designs. They are suitable for OEM production, replacement components and project-based industrial filtration solutions where compact porous plastic media are required.
